This shoot was aimed at creating a unique look for my model and client, a graphic designer. She requested something light with textures that would compliment her skin tone and overall look. I chose the delicate white shirt for her, and took her out in shade and positioned her in front of a tree in the garden. The sharp contrast of the tree and her shirt act as a frame to her skin tone and hair, decidedly the middle ground for the two extremes. The sharp texture of the trees work well with her soft skin, hair, and detailed shirt. Since she wanted to be seen as kind yet in-charge, I posed her with a slight smile and semi-folded arms from a shorter standpoint than normal.
