Feathers and Fangs Shoot
Utah, a Great Horned Owl of the Adirondack Wildlife Refuge
I wanted to get an intimate shot for the ‘Feathers and Fangs’ feature I was running in All Points North Magazine. The feature touched on the importance of carnivorous species while debunking myths spread by fairy tales and movies, so I wanted to get up close and personal with the animals to give readings a perspective they might not have seen before.

Feathers and Fangs Shoot
Model: Alex Hall
I wanted to get an intimate shot for the ‘Feathers and Fangs’ feature I was running in All Points North Magazine. The feature touched on the importance of carnivorous species while debunking myths spread by fairy tales and movies, so I wanted to get up close and personal with the animals to give readings a perspective they might not have seen before.
I was able to go into the wolf enclosure with Alex Hall, and get some shots of the wolves walking around, sizing me up. After realizing I was of little interest, they came over to say hi to Alex, and I got this nice shot of Alex with Cree.
